　　同僚で、私よりも入社年度は遅く歳下だが、尊敬している人物がいる。彼は中国人。早稲田の大学院を出ている。歳はそんなに変わらない、2002年は彼と一緒に仕事をしていた。某野球球団との IT 恊働も彼がいなければ成し遂げられなかった。

　　イケイケで仕事をする。彼は云う、「中国にはこんなことわざがある。」

　　これは、

という意味だそうだ。

　　つまり良くいえば、「意志（志）あるところに、道は開ける」ということだし、悪くいえば「やったもの勝ち」ということだろう。

　　以前彼に、

「なぜ就職先にうちの会社を選んだのか？君なら、もっと外資とか他に給料の高そうなところに行けただろう」

と尋ねたことがある。

　　彼は答えた。「外資も考えた。外資か、日本の会社がいいと思った。日立とかこの会社は、日本の会社。だから、選んだ。なぜなら、日本の会社のことをよく勉強できるから。中国に帰ったら『自分は日本の会社（のしきたり）に詳しい』と言える。」

　　目から鱗。その中国人である彼は、ことあるこどに

日本は中国よりも社会主義。（年金問題など）こんな社会主義の国はない。一方で（今の）中国は、日本よりも資本主義だ。

と言っていた。

　　そういえば、以下の話もあるらしい。

かつてソ連のゴルバチョフ書記長が『日本は成功した社会主義国の例だ』と
語ったという逸話がある。
